Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the NYC/Boston area. This position will focus on promoting our top-tier healthcare navigation, wellness, and EAP solutions to senior leaders and brokers. You will leverage your existing network to generate new business and identify RFP opportunities.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $125,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE) for the first year: $200,000 - $300,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect new opportunities via cold and warm outreach, including LinkedIn.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with brokers and C-suite decision-makers.
- Manage and track sales efforts using Salesforce and internal lead generation systems.
- Present our offerings with authority, showcasing deep knowledge of our services.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in employer-related solutions such as EAP, MSK, etc.
- Proven experience selling to large enterprises and brokers.
- Must be willing to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and presentations.
